Brief Film Synopsis to decide if film is worth watching?

Hi I am looking for the best web site that gives a brief description
of what old and new films are about ranging from 1930's to present
day.Not wanting a whole plat description but just a brief 4-5 line
description of what the film is about.Whose in the film,year
made,genre etc would also be helpful but not a definite requirement.
